Why do we think free menstrual products are important at THM?🩸
👉Around a third of students at THM are menstruating – and many of them even have to leave events in an emergency because there are no products. Not cool, is it?
💡Free menstrual products are particularly helpful when your period comes unexpectedly. Instead of making do with toilet paper or going home early, there is now a better solution!
📚Menstrual products are part of basic hygiene – just like soap or toilet paper. So why not make them free?
💰Studying costs enough – tampons and pads shouldn’t be an extra burden.
🎯Goal: More educational equality & equal opportunities for everyone – whether female, trans or non-binary.
✨Less stress, more well-being – let’s talk openly about menstruation and act in solidarity.
