Here you can find all important information about the election of the StuPa and the student councils of THM.Information about the election of the senate, the faculty councils and the auxiliary staff council can be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

Dates and deadlines can be found in the election calendar, where you will also find the relevant contact details for where to submit the lists and to whom you can submit objections or complaints.<\/p>\n\n

Like the election proposals for the election of the Senate and the FBR, election proposals are also submitted via the university’s election management at wahlleitung@thm.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Important note: <\/strong>This year, election proposal lists can only be submitted fromMonday, 13.10.2025 – 10:00 a.m. to Friday, 24.10.2025 – 12:00 noon(for people who do not necessarily look directly at the election calendar).<\/p>\n\n

!!! Note (as of 22.10.2025) !!!<\/strong>: <\/mark><\/strong> By resolution of the Election Committee of 21.10.2025, the submission deadlines for the election proposal lists for StuPa and FSR<\/strong> are extended until 31.10.2025 12:00 noon<\/strong> (see 2nd protocol).The deadlines for Senate, Hilfskr\u00e4fterat, and FBR can be found on the THM website<\/a>. These will differ from the deadlines mentioned here, please pay attention!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

Addition to the election calendar (from 29.12.2025):<\/strong> Addition of the room for the constituent StuPa meeting, was already decided at the election committee meeting on 19.12.2025.<\/p>\n\n

Addition to the election calendar (from 07.02.2026 20:10):<\/strong> Typing error in the last two dates in the election calendar corrected (2025 makes no sense at all, should be 2026 from the beginning), was confirmed by circular resolution on 07.02.2026 (minutes will follow on 09.02.2026 at the latest)<\/p>\n\n

In order to submit an election proposal, the election proposal list must be completed.If, for various reasons, a personal signature on the list is not possible, this can be replaced by the declaration of consent. The person must still be listed with position on the list.<\/p>\n\n
