We are looking for the following people:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you are still studying at least 2 semesters at the THM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you want to stand up for your fellow students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>work independently, without someone having to motivate you all the time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you want to implement your own projects for the students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you also like to help at AStA events in Friedberg or Gie\u00dfen (depending on the place of study)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are about 30 students and we all meet once a quarter in the AStA meeting and in between in site meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>want to implement cool ideas by and for students (water dispenser, Corona free trial, open-air swimming pool flat, semester ticket, Nextbike, clothes swap party, first-year city rally, pub crawls, summer festivals, parties)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have workrooms at the campus Gie\u00dfen and Friedberg, which you can use for your work here (with drinks &amp; snacks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>offer a small expense allowance per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have a permanent contact person on the board for each unit to quickly clarify queries or provide assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Units<\/h2>\n\n<p>We are looking for support for the following units:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events &amp; STEP Giessen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events &amp; STEP Friedberg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equality &amp; polit. Education Friedberg <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Housing &amp; Social Affairs Friedberg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culture and International Giessen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You can find out what tasks are involved in the departments under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asta.thm.de\/#derasta\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.asta.thm.de\/#derasta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The AStA<\/a>.<br\/>Some of the departments are newly created, so just ask.<br\/>Alternatively, you can also send an unsolicited application to the email below and we will get back to you.<\/p>\n\n<p>Send us an e-mail to the secretariat<a href=\"mailto:sekretariat@asta.thm.de\">(sekretariat@asta.thm.de)<\/a> with the following information:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Why do you want to join the AStA?
