Dates and deadlines can be found in the election calendar, where you will also find the relevant contact details for where to submit the lists and to whom you can submit objections or complaints.
Like the election proposals for the election of the Senate and the FBR, election proposals are also submitted via the university’s election management at wahlleitung@thm.de.

Important note: This year, election proposal lists can only be submitted from
Monday, 13.10.2025 – 10.00 a.m. to Friday, 24.10.2025 – 12.00 noon
(for people who do not necessarily look directly at the election calendar).
Forms and lists:
In order to submit an election proposal, the election proposal list must be completed.
If, for various reasons, a personal signature on the list is not possible, this can be replaced by the declaration of consent. The person must still be listed with position on the list.
